In 2012, Lane Architecture completed the renovations and expansion for Timuquana Country Club. The project included exterior face lifts as well as expanding and updating the formal dining rooms and banquet spaces.
Sawgrass Country Club’s original Beach Club, which opened in 1975, offered a stunning location with nearly 8,000 square feet of indoor dining space, featuring a large commercial kitchen, multiple bars, and expansive verandas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In 2024, Lane Architecture completed a refresh of the indoor dining areas and outdoor patios, updating the furniture and finishes to offer a more modern and inviting atmosphere. This update aimed to blend the club's rich history with a fresh, contemporary feel, enhancing the overall experience for its members and guests.
The Osprey Cove River Club was completed in 2004, and included new facilities for the pool, outdoor dining, and recreational facilities
Musket Ridge was a new 10,000 sf golf clubhouse designed with many traditional details pulled from the historic community to which it belongs.
This new clubhouse encompasses two stories and 22,000 sf. The character of the building is derived from the existing Spanish theme integral to the community.
Jeff worked on the original Jacksonville Golf & Country Club clubhouse while employed with FWA in 1989. In 1999 he was contracted by JGCC again while at Prato Lane + Heuman. Since then Lane Architecture has participated in various projects with the club.
CYPRESS KNOLL IS A 5700 SF MULTIPURPOSE CLUBHOUSE WITH RICH STONE AND WOOD DETAILING. THE DINING ROOM OVERLOOKS A SMALL, NATURAL POND. A FULL BAR AND COMMERCIAL KITCHEN IS ALSO INCLUDED.
NORTH HAMPTON IS A CLUBHOUSE FOR AN ARNOLD PALMER DESIGNED GOLFCOURSE. IT HAS 9,400 SF WITH A CARTBARN FOR THE LOWER LEVEL AND LOCKERS, PRO SHOP AND DINING ON THE UPPER LEVEL. SITTING ON A BLUFF, IT HAS PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE GOLF COURSE AND A NEW ENGLAND COASTAL THEME.
