Completed in 2020, this new Lincoln showroom was incorporated into the shell of an old sporting goods store. The project included a new automobile dealership, administrative offices, a 5,000 sf restaurant, 48 automobile service bays, tool parts and equipment storage, multiple break and training rooms, and a daycare.

In 1888 “The Ponce” as it’s now referred to by Flagler College, was Henry Flagler’s first luxury resort in Florida.

In the summer of 2022, a sprinkler line in the 134 year old building burst. The extensive damage gave the college the opportunity to update many of the building systems and improve the efficiency of this historic structure.

Lane Architecture worked closely with the college staff, and the general contractor, A.D. Davis, to create a welcoming, modernized dorm that still retains the old-world charm St. Augustine is so famous for.

Corridors of light were created using linear lighting recessed in wood trim. Previously exposed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing lines were concealed in the ceilings to create a more residential feeling corridor, and the dorm rooms are now equipped with modernized bathrooms, dimmable lighting, and more efficient heating and air.

Trailer Bridge is a distribution company with great taste! We loved working on their 13,000 SF buildout in Deerwood. The space boasts an open floor plan with electric scooter charging stations, bike racks, ping-pong and putt-putt game areas sprinkled in among the glass front offices.

This interior office buildout has some serious wow factor. The floor plan emphasizes a large open employee lounge. Peeking through the rear wall of the lounge is a window into the wine cellar. This office also boasts a gym, vault, ping pong arcade, oh…and some offices too.

This 9,000 square foot, new construction OBGYN office was truly a joy to design. The modern exterior is enhanced by bold shadow lines, and a simple color pallet. Amply sized recessed windows provide transparency and verticality. Soft, warm textures and details at the interior create welcoming environment.

This is a 4,500 sf new construction office building in Nocatee. The compact floor plan incorporates many private offices and 3 open office areas, as well as a conference room and break room that serve both as entertainment spaces and focal points for the design.

This new construction medical office is located on the northside of Jacksonville. The exterior blends bands of stucco with the rich softness of wood and highlights accent lighting. The interior creates a patient focused floor plan with open public spaces surrounded by private exam rooms.

This commercial office build-out highlights contemporary details like frameless glass partitions, oversized light fixtures, and crisp, vibrant colors. The conference room features a beautifully detailed ceiling mirrored by the shape and location of the carpet inset below; while the café is a great place to lounge with colleagues or entertain guests.

This project was built out adjacent to the Bozard Lincoln and Ford dealerships. This service area included 48 service bays, adjacent locker rooms, break and training room as well as parts storage and distribution.

This showroom is full of light, color, and energy! The original building from 2007 was updated with new finishes, furniture, and lighting to accentuate the Ford brand, as well as the Bozard family history. We created overlapping ovals of light that bathe the reception desk in brilliance. A canopy hangs over the sales counter to provide a sense of place and welcome guests. In the waiting room, we designed an internally lit trophy case as well as a display wall for the dealership to show off their multiple awards, highlight employee accomplishments, and tell the story of this multigenerational organization.

The Bozard Family wanted to find a way to highlight the City of St. Augustine and its rich history. To do this, we worked with the graphic design students at Flagler College to create a design competition. The work of the wining student is revealed on a 100-foot-long wall the showroom.

The service writer’s area at the Bozard Ford building in St. Augustine was originally designed in 2007 to accommodate 4 employees. By 2020, the staff had grown to more than 20. For this project the interior was gutted, and rather than offices, kiosks were designed to create workstations for the crew. The ellipse of the Ford logo was conceptually used to create the curve of the flooring transition, which is mirrored in the blue pendant lights above.

This new construction cosmetic dentistry office was built in Ponte Vedra Beach. The building was designed to blend natural materials of the beach with traditional construction materials. That theme is continued inside with Cypress wood walls and fibers pressed into resin panels at each of the exam suites.

Kickbacks is a Riverside neighborhood landmark. The owners wanted to renovate and expand their existing facilities to better serve their loyal clientele and the 20+ hour a day operation. The resulting restaurant features lower, main, and upper levels, with a basement speakeasy and 100 + beers on tap.

The new Vista Del Mar clubhouse in Jacksonville Beach creates a fresh gathering space for residents. Covered lounge area provides an escape from the Florida sun, while still enjoying the sea breeze. Our client’s vision for a rustic southern aesthetic was achieved with a welcoming and powerful entrance, warm interior finishes, a gracious 4 sided indoor/outdoor bar, multiple dining rooms, and fireside patio seating.

The pictures here were taken before and after the interior renovations to the main dining room. This project included new lighting, finishes, furniture, and created a user conscious design that fits the aesthetic of the community.

This tech firm’s offices incorporated open areas, conference rooms and lots of entertainment space. Lane Architecture designed a custom ceiling feature mirroring their logo above the cafe, as well as a floor to ceiling water feature.
